How do I place an order?

Placing an order is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

(1) Browse & Select – Explore our product categories and click on any item to see more details.
(2) Add to Cart – Select your preferred style and size and just click ‘ADD TO CART’ to save it later.
(3) Review Your Cart – Click ‘MY CART’ to review your selections. If you’d like to remove an item, simply click ‘REMOVE’.
(4) Checkout & Pay – Click ‘CHECK OUT’ and follow the prompts to enter your details and choose your payment method.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do I use my coupon code?

You can apply your coupon code at checkout. Just enter the code in the designated field.

Please note: Coupon codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

What can I do if I forget to use my coupon code?

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be applied once your order is complete, and we’re unable to add the code for you manually. Be sure to enter your code at checkout!

If you forget to apply the code, don’t worry — you can still use it on any new orders as long as the promotion is active.

What are the conditions on the use of coupon codes?

Coupon codes are subject to the following conditions:

(1) Each code can be used only once and cannot be combined with other codes or offers.
(2) Coupon codes are valid for a limited time and can’t be used after the expiration date.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we can’t make changes as it’s processed immediately. If needed, we can cancel your order before it ships, and you can place a new one.

Due to time zone differences, we’re unable to accept phone orders. Please place your order directly through our website for a smooth experience.

What can I do if I received a wrong/faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear that you received a wrong or faulty item. Please contact us with the following details: (1) your order number, (2) a brief description of the issue, and (3) a photo of the item. Once we receive this information, we’ll quickly work to resolve the issue.

What can I do if the zippers/buckles/buttons of the shoes are broken?

If you bought the shoes from a retail store, please contact the store directly for assistance.

If you purchased the shoes from our online store within the last 3 months, please send us a photo. We will provide a replacement. You can take the shoes to a local cobbler for repairs.

The item I like is out of stock on the website. Will it be available again?

Our products are limited in quantity, and we can’t guarantee that the item will be restocked.

Please email us with the item photo. If the item is restocked or we have a similar style, we’ll notify you immediately.

How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on our official website. You can also earn points by leaving reviews and engaging with us on social media. Please refer to this link for further information.

How do I redeem points?

Every 100 points can be redeemed for a $10 coupon code, with a maximum of 5,000 points redeemable at once.

Step 1. Sign in to your account and ensure you’ve joined the program.
Step 2. Click the Reward float button “How to redeem.”
Step 3. Select a reward program and click the “Redeem” button.
Step 4. Your coupon code will appear. Click “Apply Coupon Now” to use it on your next order.

Once redeemed, the coupon code will be valid for 14 days.

When will I see the points that I earned added to my account?

Points may take 2-5 business days to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience during this process. If your points haven’t been added after this period, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Where can I find my points history?

You can view your point activity and changes in the "Point History" tab, where you'll see details on points earned, redeemed, and adjusted.

Will my points be canceled or reset?

If you return the items you purchased, the points you earned from these items will be canceled.

All the points you earned will be reset if you do not earn or redeem points in the past 12 months.

Can I give my membership to someone else?

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Only you can redeem your points for rewards.

Delivery & Shipping

Which country do you deliver to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore.

If your country is not listed, we’re sorry, but we do not offer shipping to that location at this time.

How much will it cost to deliver to my country?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. A flat rate of $20 applies to every order.

Can I amend my delivery address?

If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address as long as the delivery country remains the same. We are sorry that we can't change the delivery country.

Once your order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Can you deliver to a PO box?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship packages via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.

Return & Refund

How can I return an item?

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package. Please email customer.service@bussolastyle.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

For further information, please refer to our return & exchange policy.

Do I need to pay for the return?

Effective December 16, 2021, a $20 restocking and handling fee per pair will be deducted from your refund due to rising shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I exchange the item I ordered for another item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Why do I not receive the refund?

Returned Items
Please note that returned orders may take several business days to process before the funds are credited back to your original payment method. The following steps will be followed:

  1. The returned item arrives at our warehouse.
  2. The item is inspected for refund approval.
  3. Our finance department authorizes the refund.
  4. The refund is issued to your payment method.

Once the refund is processed, it may take 2-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Canceled Orders

  • Credit Card Payments: We will issue your refund as soon as possible. Please allow 2-10 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
  • PayPal Payments: Canceled orders will automatically generate a refund to your PayPal account.
Will my coupon code be activated again if I return my order?

Unfortunately, coupon codes used for purchased items will not be reissued if you return the items.

Will my refund be affected if I used a coupon code?

If you used a coupon on your order, the discount value will be deducted from your return credit.

If your return no longer meets the conditions of the coupon, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
