Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to delivering the "Bussola Experience" - a blend of fun and quality in every online shopping journey. However, we also realize that sometimes a gap may exist between your expectations and the item(s) you received.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are able to request a return for your unworn item(s) in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of shipment of your order.

. EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. Our product availability changes daily, so there is no guarantee we will have what you want. If you want another size, color, or style, we suggest that you send your return back and place a new order for the replacement item at the same time.

. RETURN PROCESS

1. We can only process returns from purchases made on our website (www.bussolastyle.com) as stated within our policy.

2. Items purchased from other retailers should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

3. To request a return, please contact us at customer.service@bussolastyle.com within 7 days of receiving the products.

Step 1: Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization with your order number, specifying which item(s) you would like to return and providing reasons for returning.

Step 2: Prepare the item(s) in the original shipping box/bag. Ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories. The return box/bag must be safely sealed.

Step 3: Print out 1 copy of each of the 2 attached documents we provided for the return. Then, attach the Return Label you received with your parcel to the outside of the box/bag.

Step 4: Bring your parcel to your nearest FedEx dropoff location. (We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 7 days.)

4. We are not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise if mailing themselves.

. RETURN RESTRICTION

1. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Items marked as final sale/clearance sale are not eligible for returns.

. RESTOCKING FEE

Starting from December 16, 2021, except for mis-shipped products, damaged products, or lost packages, a $20 restocking and handling fee per pair will be charged for the return process. This fee helps cover part of the costs associated with return postage, import taxes, and the careful restocking and repacking of products.

Additionally, this fee supports our efforts to minimize environmental impact by promoting more thoughtful purchasing decisions and reducing unnecessary waste. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing to help avoid unnecessary returns.

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

. REFUND CONDITION

1. Shoes should be tried on a clean dry protected surface (e.g. a carpeted surface) and away from any moisture to avoid any damage to the outsoles. Failure to do so may result in non-acceptance of your return.

2. All items need to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging including dust bag(s). The branded shoe box is considered as part of the product and should be returned in a protective shipping box/bag. Do not ship the actual shoe box without an outer covered shipping box/bag. Also, do not put any tape on the shoe box and/or damage the shoe box.

3. To ensure all items are in their original condition, all returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.

4. Items with signs of wear, dirt, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) will result in additional charges based on the extent of the damage. The refund percentage will be determined at our discretion. The worst situation is returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

5. If you used a coupon code in your order and decide to make a return, the value of the discount code will be deducted from your return credit. Additionally, please note that the coupon code you used will not be reissued.

6. All coupon codes/sale events have to meet the terms and conditions of use. If your return makes the conditions of the coupon code/sale event no longer be met, the refund will be adjusted to reflect this, and the discount will be removed.

7. During the Buy One Get One (B1G1) Free promotion, customers buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive a selected item for free (free item).

If you would like to return for a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned in the original packages together to receive a refund of the full purchased value.

If customers wish to return one of the items:

If you want to return only the paid B1G1 item and keep the free item: Customer must pay the full retail price of the free item, and so we will refund the remaining money for the paid item.

If you want to return only the free B1G1 item: The B1G1 item that was charged $0.00 (free item) cannot be returned, refunded and/or exchanged.

8. During the Buy One Get One (B0G0) for X% off promotion, customers buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive a selected item for X% off.

If you would like to return for a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned in the original packages together to receive a refund of the full purchased value.

If customers wish to return one of the items:

If you want to return only one pair: Customer must pay the full retail price of the item that you want to keep, and so we will refund the remaining money for the paid item.

. REFUND PERIOD

1. The returned item(s) will be shipped to the warehouse in Taiwan for processing. This can take approximately 10-14 business days.

2. Once we receive your returned item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it is in good condition and complies with our return policy. This can take up to 1-4 business days.

3. After the return has been approved, it takes up to 10 business days for the refund to be made to your original method of payment. (Depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement. A PayPal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.)

4. Any shipping fees from your initial order will not be refunded. Import duties and taxes are also not refundable. We do not accept tax refunds for purchases.
